This Privacy Policy explains how Corporate Enterprise (“we”, “us”, “Festival Post”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Festival Post mobile application and related websites, visiting cards, and services at festivalpost.in.
By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Who we are
Festival Post is a registered trademark of Corporate Enterprise, located at 302, Harikrishna Arcade, Ambedkar Chowk, 150 ft Ring Road, Rajkot, Gujarat, India.

2. Information we collect
Account and profile
- Name, mobile number, and optional email address
- One-time password (OTP) verification for login and signup
- Account authentication token stored on your device
Business and content you provide
- Business name, category, contact details, address, and logo
- Photos, videos, stickers, text, and designs you create or upload
- Website, visiting card, gallery, product, and service details if you use those features
Device and diagnostics
- Device identifier (Android ID) and device type
- Push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging / OneSignal)
- App version, crash logs, and performance diagnostics (Firebase Crashlytics)
- Approximate usage events (Firebase Analytics and Facebook App Events)
Advertising identifiers
- Google Advertising ID, used to serve and measure ads (AdMob) and related advertising SDKs
Media you choose
- Camera photos if you grant camera permission
- Images or videos you pick from the system photo picker
- Audio files you select to add music to a post
We do not collect precise location. Location permissions are not requested by the app.
3. How we use information
- Create and manage your account and businesses
- Generate, save, and share festival posts, videos, websites, and visiting cards
- Process premium and service purchases
- Send service, support, and promotional messages (including push and WhatsApp/email where you contact us)
- Show ads to free users and measure ad performance
- Improve reliability, prevent abuse, and debug crashes
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms
4. Sharing and third parties
We share information with service providers who help us operate the Service:
- Google Firebase — authentication (phone OTP), analytics, crash reporting, cloud messaging
- Google AdMob — advertisements and advertising identifiers
- Meta / Facebook SDK — app events and advertising measurement
- OneSignal — push notifications
- Our hosting and API servers at festivalpost.in
These providers process data under their own policies. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users, the Service, or our rights.
5. Advertising
Non-premium users may see banner and interstitial ads served by Google AdMob and related partners. Ads may use your Advertising ID and approximate device information. Premium subscribers who have an active paid plan do not see these in-app ads.
You can limit ad personalization in your device settings (Google settings → Ads, or reset Advertising ID). In the European Economic Area, UK, and similar regions, we follow applicable consent rules for personalized ads.
6. App permissions
- Internet / network — load content, sync account, show ads, process payments
- Camera — optional, only to capture a photo for a post or business logo
- Photos / videos — via the system picker when you choose media; we do not request broad photo library access
- Audio — to list or pick music you add to a video or photo
- Notifications — festival reminders, offers, and service updates if you allow them
- Storage (older Android) — save posts to your gallery where required by the OS
You can deny optional permissions. Some features will not work without them.
7. Retention and security
We keep account and business data while your account is active. After you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal data unless we must keep it for legal, tax, fraud, or dispute reasons. Created files saved on your device (gallery) stay on your device until you delete them.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Account deletion
You can delete your Festival Post account at any time:
- In the app: Profile → Delete Account. This calls our delete-account API and signs you out.
- By email: write to info.festivalpost@gmail.com from your registered mobile/email and request deletion.
Deletion removes your account, profile, and associated server-side business data that we are not required to keep. It does not uninstall the app or erase copies of posts already saved or shared outside Festival Post.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including Indian data protection law and GDPR where it applies), you may:
- Access or correct your name and email from Edit Profile
- Request a copy of personal data we hold
- Request deletion or restriction of processing
- Object to marketing communications
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
To exercise these rights, email info.festivalpost@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable period, and within one month where GDPR applies.
10. Children
Festival Post is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Material changes may be notified in the app or on our website. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
