These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GeoTago mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. Please also review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle information in connection with the App.
GeoTago is a camera application that lets you capture photos and videos with geotags, stamps, templates, and related overlays (such as location, time, weather, and compass information). Features may vary by device, operating system, and the permissions you grant.
You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the App. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal or legitimate professional use, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the applicable app store (Google Play / Apple App Store).

The App may request access to your camera, microphone, location, photos / media library, and notifications. These permissions are used to provide App features such as capture, geotags, stamps, saving, and importing media.
You can deny or revoke permissions in your device settings. Some features may not work without the related permission. You are responsible for how you use the App and any content you create.
Photos, videos, and other content you capture or import remain yours. You are solely responsible for that content and for ensuring you have the rights needed to capture, edit, store, and share it.
We do not claim ownership of your media. The App stores content on your device by default and does not automatically upload your media to our servers unless you choose to share or export it through your device.
You agree not to use the App to:
You are responsible for complying with all applicable photography, privacy, and surveillance laws in the place where you use the App.
The App may rely on third-party services (for example weather data, maps/geocoding, analytics, crash reporting, and app store distribution). Those services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Location accuracy, weather information, maps, and sensor data depend on your device, network, and third-party providers and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
The App, including its name, branding, design, templates, software, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that location, weather, or stamp data will always be correct.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for the App in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one thousand Indian Rupees (₹1,000), whichever is greater.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GeoTago and its owners, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when we make material changes.
We may suspend or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without liability, to the extent permitted by law.
Your license ends automatically if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App.
